Heather A. D’Anca, MA, serves as Halley Consulting Group’s Business Development Executive. Heather has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 13 years in roles varying from physical therapy aide to marketing coordinator to vice president of client strategy and engagement.
In her most recent role at a healthcare technology company, Heather developed and implemented processes for onboarding and engaging all clients, ensuring every interaction brought about a positive result. While in this position, she presented at several national physician relations/sales conferences, hosted multiple webinar series, wrote dozens of whitepapers, and established strategic processes for hospital clients to grow market share.
An expert in physician relations, Heather spent eight years building and evolving the department at a not-for-profit health system in the competitive Chicago market. During her tenure, she created processes for physician issue resolution, increased efficiencies within the hospitals, developed strategic sales plans for as many as six service lines annually, produced double-digit growth, connected key administrators to physician leaders, and formed lasting partnerships for the medical staff and the hospitals. She and her staff also collaboratively planned more than a dozen annual physician networking events for the 1800-physician medical staff.
Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising, communication studies, and marketing from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a Master of Arts degree in advertising and public relations from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Heather also has a diploma in marketing communications from the International Advertising Association and a green belt in LEAN/Six Sigma.
