Debs joins Halley Consulting Group with more than fifteen years of healthcare executive and consulting experience. Previously, she served as interim clinic director at Sunnyside Community Hospital in Sunnyside, Washington and interim MSO administrator & consultant at Alpena Regional Medical Center in Michigan. Her specialties include financial management, revenue cycle evaluation, EHR implementation, marketing and operations assessment.

As the practice administrator at Rochester Hills Orthopaedics in Michigan, she was instrumental in the implementation of athenahealth practice management software, decreasing days in A/R from more than 100 days to fewer than 30 days.
Debs is a NextGen EHR & PM Certified Professional as well as a Practice Fusion EHR Certified Consultant. She received her master’s in business administration in finance from the University of Toledo.
