Ashleigh B. Finley, MBA is a consulting executive for Halley Consulting Group. She has been in the healthcare industry for 15 years, working on both the health system and consulting side, and specializing in the areas of financial and statistical analysis and strategic planning. Ashleigh has helped clients across the country develop and implement strategic growth initiatives relating to physician integration, service line development, and facility planning. Her work on these types of projects frequently includes due diligence, referral and demand forecasting and pro forma development for practice and surgical center mergers and acquisitions.
Ashleigh has a strong financial background and oversees the Performance Reporting service line for Halley Consulting, helping clients to identify and quantify opportunities for improvement with respect to provider productivity, revenue cycle management and cost containment. Ashleigh has been published in HFM Magazine for her work in analyzing and projecting primary care physician referral patterns. She has also been quoted in Becker’s Hospital Review and Physicians Practice, among other publications. She has also been a speaker at multiple industry conferences.
Ashleigh majored in finance and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University with a focus on marketing and strategy.
